  3. How does this work with unsubscribing and whatnot? If we send via our database does Jangomail still track all that good stuff?

  4. The latest Magento integration just connects to your Magento installation (your Magento site) and pulls the contacts from it and stores them in a list on JangoMail.com. You can then send campaigns to the list on JangoMail and we track everything.

If you are talking about sending emails on your Magento platform (not on JangoMail.com) we still track and record everything from your email addresses if you configure your Magento site to send through our transactional servers.

If you are sending through our servers on JangoMail.com or if your Magento site is configured to send through our transactional servers and a customer unsubscribes, we record their unsubscribed status in our database but don't send it to Magento. We don't have functionality for pushing data like unsubscribes back to a customer's Magento site, but it is something we'd like to add in the future.
